[Harmony-users] I have a question about the text of cla agreements

Hello

My name is Filipe Marques and I'm making a website that will come out soon
and the code will be licensed under the GNU Affero GPL v.3 and documentation
will be licensed under the GNU Free Documentation v.3 and I will use
CLA (Contributor
License Agreement) for the project, but I have a question:

In CLA, in section 2.3 - Outbound License, I can edit the text so that the
text says that the contribution is licensed under GNU Affero GPL v.3 and no
other license?
