In the case of a CLA, the authors names should be still present in the
Copyright declaration. In the case of a CAA, they should be replaced by the
entity/person to whom the assignment was done.

As for authorship, it's not necessarily a requirement to include it in the
first place. Which makes me wonder how French and German law work if you
never included it.
