[Harmony-users] 2.2 Patent License

Hello,

we discuss the usage of the CLA for an open source project.

Concerning the patent license clause we got the feedback
from a potential contributor that he considers it as too global
because it does not speak about patents related to the
contribution.

Is this a feature or a bug?
